Shocking News: Zombie Outbreak Runs Rampant Globally! 

The world has fallen to chaos as a mysterious virus kills off the majority of the male population on Earth. This virus isn’t anything like the common cold, if infected, any life form succumbs to the rapid zombification that occurs! Like the parasitic fungus that turns ants into mindless zombies, it spreads rapidly and without a cure to stop it, who knows how long this outbreak will last. 

Now as prehistoric zombie dinosaurs roam freely as well as the shambling remains of any male inhabitants set to attack, the wise have taken to building bases to protect themselves from these monsters. Not all monsters are so easily spotted though. Be on the lookout for enemy factions ready to plunder and dominate in this new unforgiving world of King of Wasteland. 

As one of the few men who haven’t been infected with the virus, survival for yourself as well as your people is of the most importance. You have a leg up over the rest, because your rich Uncle has suddenly died, leaving you his McMansion as well as a buttload of money and beautiful women to help you do more than just survive! 

Don’t work harder, work smarter as you forge alliances, recruit a bevy of bodacious women and try to stay alive in a world with no rules.

Let’s get to recruiting!  

So, Ya Wanna be a Hero, kid? Well, whoop-de-do! 

Thanks to Uncle McQuack passing away, we are introduced to our first teammate, Erica, a very sexy maid in a tiny uniform who is ready to fulfil your every command. It is Erica, who suggests we head over to the Management Center. This building allows you to recruit fiercely female Heroes as well as your Garrison. 

To recruit, tap on the Recruit icon to send you to what looks like a slots machine at the Las Vegas casino! Welcome to the Hero Encounter gacha, where you can test your luck in winning either basic or deluxe rewards. Collect resources, items you can use on your girls as well as Fragment-Crystals to eventually recruit another Hero to your crew. With enough of these fragments, you can go into your Items on the main page, and with cool Fragment Hero Chests, you can synthesise the pieces into summoning a potential Hero. 

If you do end up with enough Fragment-Crystals for a specific character, you can tap on the Hero icon in the Management Centre, which will send you to the section where you can see all the potential babes you might encounter. Choose the girl you unlocked, and the option to Own the character becomes available. 

You can Promote your girls too, so they not only increase their abilities but also level up until they reach the stars, and get some too. 

Since you’re already in the Hero tab, check your Garrison easily with the shortcut to add your babes to your team according to their class type. Your Heroes are then divided into Military, Support, and Spy. Depending on what level you are at within the game, each slot has a set of goals to reach before it can be unlocked. 

Quickly get your girls into position, because here come some King of Wasteland zombies looking for a rumble!

Blades Don’t Need Reloading 

In King of Wasteland, the complexities of war aren’t too complex but are still thrilling! Now that you have debriefed your Heroes on the plan of attack, it’s time to find out what you are made of as a Commander. 

Whether you are saving students from zombies or fighting off enemy armies scouting ahead to loot, prepare yourself for a wild ride full of action! Although each stage of a chapter in Story Mode is fought in auto-battle style, the thrill of winning always feels the same. Enjoy high depth gameplay and see just how efficient your military is as it marches off to conquer this new world at your command. Plus, you get a cool treasure chest full of awesome booty too when you complete missions! 

If you sustain any wounds during battle, head over to the Medical Center to either auto-heal slowly or spend mullah to instantly heal all your Heroes. No matter the speed, you know they’ll be in good hands ;) 

Or hey, not feeling like you are prepared ahead of an intense boss battle? That’s no worries at all! Take time to train your top tier Heroes in the Shooter, Infantry, Artillery, and Rider camps. Each building allows you to instantly train your Heroes or use materials to auto-train, but you also gain more when you opt to hone their innate skills this way too. Plus, when you reach a certain level training in any of those camps, you can unlock completely uncensored Hentai scenes! As a free tip between Commander’s, upgrading your Barracks helps speed up your training camps, But I didn’t tell you that. *wink wink*

Something else I didn’t tell you about is the big bad World outside of your Base and how much it has changed.

A Whole New World 

Zombies, dinosaurs, enemies, oh my! That is what you might be chanting to yourself as you make your way through the rougher terrain of this new world you find yourself in. Strap in though, because there is more excitement ahead and loads of Boss battles too! 

In King of Wasteland, telling friend from foe can be hard. However, what makes this game standout is the world building and constant rewards. When you are in the World tab, you can gather resources, attack monsters as well as nearby enemy bases! Whether you decide to do all this alone or with friends is totally up to you. In no time you will be forging Alliances but just in case, check out the Alliance Center. There you can trade with your allies and at the Drill Ground, similarly, you can rally and deploy troops to support them as well. You might even find yourself at the Arena surrounded by your allies as you make your way across the board to dominate the world! How is that for honour and glory? 

In addition, if ever you want to rally your divisions to form a massive army with your allies, head over to the Hall of War! 

Speaking of cool buildings to unlock and upgrade, is the Research Center. Grab your learning caps because we still have so much to discover, and as Miss Frizzle always says, get messy! 

The Research Center: Enhancing Skills through Learning 

As the famous scientist Bill Nye said “[…] science is amazing and sexy”, which I couldn’t have put into better words! In King of Wasteland, science and research really can be sexy though. The only way to find out how is to rush over to the Research Center! 

Once your Base has reached a certain level, the research Centre can be unlocked. Here is where your Heroes can learn new active skills in either; Development, Battle, or Support and you receive active skill points! Those points are necessary because the more you upgrade your level, the more skills you add to your army. Keep in mind though, that every skill has a cooldown period after being used. An example of an active skill in use is Hasty Production, which when activated grants plenty of resources which amount according to the city resource output. 

So, try to continuously upgrade the Research Center, because it allows you to gain advanced tech, new abilities, as well as help in developing your Base and strengthen your troops at the same time. 

And as a good Commander would, you will need to spend some time building up your Walls against any surprise attacks!

Another Brick in the Wall

If you have seen the writing on the wall, then brace yourselves because it’s not only zombies that could be knocking at your door. Only the best survivalists know that people are the real monsters during zombie apocalypses! So, how do you keep your troops as well as the survivors that have shown up at your wall stay safe and protected? Don’t panic, Commander! I have some tips in mind that could help keep your alpha reputation intact. 

Let’s start with the Workshop where you forge Traps that can be strategically placed in front of your Wall to defend it, such as mines, bear traps, and spikes! If ever you see your Wall flash red, you will need to dash straight over there to either put out fires or garrison some troops to defend your Base and the people in it. Alternatively, you can also use Perks, which are enhancements to use on your Base as well as army. Use a Peace Shield to protect your Base from being attacked by other forces, or ATK Boost that increases the ATK of your divisions to deal even more damage to enemies. 

Which reminds me, your Dwelling not only helps protect your people as a place to find shelter in King of Wasteland, but also as a way to hide idle units from damage. In the Shelter tab that you access from the Dwelling’s building, you can choose to hide your troops for as short as an hour or up to eight hours long. Now that’s one heck of a panic room!

Move over Jodi Foster, we have to make sure we have enough rations for everyone and not just Kristen Stewart! 

Warehouse & Inventory 

Taking inventory is just another part of the Commander checklist they give out on day one! It is after all crucial to not only your survival, but the survival of your whole Base. 

The Warehouse is the logical place to store all your raw materials. Be sure to constantly upgrade it so you never run out of materials as well as food! However, take some time to also unlock the Planting Farm, which allows you to grow and harvest wheat as well as food to survive. Next is the Lumber Mill, a place to gain precious wood to build better buildings! Lastly, is the Melting Furnace, another invaluable resource to have when enhancing your Base. 

It’s easy to mine these essential survival materials if you make sure to check your Items on the main page of King of Wasteland to collect free rewards. These could include those raw materials I mentioned above, as well as Fragment-Crystals that summon newer and rarer Heroes plus items you can use on them to gain Encounter Points!
